Technical Support Engineer (Networking & CCTV)
Your responsibilities include:
- To provide technical support to installers (phone, email and in person).
- To provide training sessions for customers and internal staff.
- Product testing and troubleshooting for new and existing products that we offer.
Key Skills:
- Great understanding of networking and IP CCTV products
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Interest in testing and understanding new products
- Problem solving ability and possibility to solve customers issues remotely by Teamviewer etc.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a support role
- Ability to work well as part of a team and deal directly with customers
- Strong understanding of networking, wi-fi, IP CCTV etc.
